Acceptable Use Policy

What you may submit

Only website URLs you own or are authorized to represent. When you submit a URL, you warrant that the assets on it — photos, logos, fonts — may be copied into your workspace for your own brand's use.

What you may not do

• Extract brand assets from websites you have no rights to.
• Produce graphics that infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights.
• Misrepresent another business, or impersonate any person or organization.
• Generate deceptive, unlawful, or harassing content.
• Probe, overload, or circumvent rate limits or plan gates.

Fair use of the service

Vignelli enforces per-user rate limits and monthly plan allowances. We may throttle automated or abusive usage, and may suspend accounts that persistently violate this policy, with notice where practicable.

Reporting

To report content or a workspace that violates this policy — including material you believe infringes your copyright or trademark — email create@vignelli.io with a link or description of the material and the basis of your claim. We review reports promptly and will remove infringing material.
