Vignelli is a service of IIID.CO Creative Studio ("Vignelli," "we," "us"), Fort Lauderdale, Florida. By creating an account or using Vignelli you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy, which together are the whole agreement between us. If you are using Vignelli for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Vignelli builds editable brand assets from a website you submit and collaborates with you on graphics that use them. It is beta software, provided "as is," with no uptime SLA. AI generation depends on third-party model providers; degraded or unavailable generation is not a refund event, but we will disclose sustained outages.
Graphic drafts are stored locally in your browser. We are not liable for drafts lost to cleared browser storage — export what you need to keep.
We may add, change, or remove features as the service evolves. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you before your next billing cycle.
You must be 18 or older and using Vignelli for business purposes. Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person or business per account — accounts may not be shared or resold.
You may only submit website URLs you own or are authorized to represent. The full policy lives at Acceptable Use and is part of these terms.
Free plan: 8 graphics per month, no card required. Pro: $8/month, billed monthly in advance; cancel anytime, effective at period end; no partial-month refunds. Downgrading never deletes content — gated capabilities (wide and link formats, carousels) become read-only for creation but remain editable and exportable.
Business ($19/month, adds email design) is not yet available; its terms will be added when it launches. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle with 30 days' notice.
Graphics you create are yours. Vignelli claims no ownership of exported graphics and grants you unrestricted commercial use of them. We retain no license to your finished designs except as needed to operate the service (storage, rendering, thumbnails).
Your extracted brand assets are yours, because they are derived from your materials. We store and process them solely to provide the service.
Photos you attach to a prompt are yours, and are used only for the graphic you're making. They are stored with that draft, expire automatically after 30 days, and never enter your brand library. You warrant that you hold the rights to any photo you attach.
Rights you grant us: a limited, revocable license to fetch, store, process, and display the assets you upload and the content of websites you submit — solely to build and operate your workspace, including derivative renditions (logo variants, resized images, generated guidelines).
Rights you warrant: you represent that you own or are authorized to act for the website you submit, and that you have the right to use all assets retrieved from it — photos, logos, and fonts — for your own brand use.
AI-generated output: we do not claim copyright in AI-generated layouts or copy; you receive all rights we can grant. AI output may be similar to output generated for others, and the extent of copyright protection for AI-assisted works varies by jurisdiction — Vignelli makes no warranty of registrability.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings; your login and workspace access end immediately. Workspace content — brand assets, uploads, and generation history — is removed from our systems within 30 days of deletion, except where we must retain records for legal compliance. Email create@vignelli.io to confirm or expedite removal.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse, with notice where practicable.
Vignelli is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months (or $50 for free users). No liability for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for verifying that graphics you publish comply with the laws applicable to your advertising — claims, pricing, and regulated industries included.
We may update these terms as the service and the law evolve. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app before they take effect; continued use after that date is acceptance. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, contact us — most disputes can be resolved informally. Claims that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
